ABOUT ME

I love to dance. Now, I don't jump around in funny skirts on fancy stages, quite the opposite actually. I dance on festivals and clubs around the world. For me, dance is the most beautiful thing you can engage in. A great Dj is like a priest to me. I also Dj myself, wonderful form of art I can assure you. If you visit when I have a gig you are more than welcome to join me.

More than that I am a 20 year old girl living in the northern parts of Sweden trying not to freeze to death. I dedicate my time to music, karate and to my friends which I mostly meet over board games. To make a living I work as a DJ and in a cozy little shop in the city.

I'm a very positive little being who get along with most sorts of people. I love to learn about absolutely everything, about different cultures and different kinds of people, beliefs, yes, well, everything!

PHILOSOPHY

Everything you do in life, every small thing, should be something that leads you to something that makes you happy. For me that is dancing. Everything I do has to bring me closer to a place where I can dance, the place where I can be who I am and do what I love most in the world.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I host surfers when I have a home and when I feel inspired to show my city. I also did some surfing and meet so many nice people during it. Amazing experiences.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Recently learned that people love to travel here, for some reason, so I have met a lot of people through Couch Surfing. Thinks it's a great way to exchange experiences, but half of the times I host only to be a good person and offer a couch to help people have a good trip. I believe in giving without expecting anything in return. So if you don't want to hang out, but need a place to sleep, you can still contact me. :)

Interests

Dancing, clubbing, DJ-ing, karate, books, culture, meeting new people. I am also crazy about playing board games, Settlers of Catan being my favorite game.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love all sorts of electronic music, deep house being the favorite. At the right places I can enjoy all sorts of music, every space has it's song.

Haruki Murakami is my all time favorite author, I could read his books for ever. Would recommend his work to everyone.

Teach, Learn, Share

If you are staying with me I can give you a basic course in deejaying and share my Sweden with you. We can talk about reindeers and I can take you out drinking the Swedish way. ;)

And you may teach me whatever you know, there is no such thing as an unnecessary skill or knowledge. Show me, tell me, share with me!
