Overview
About Me
I am a passionate human being, interested in music, arts, dancing, cooking and gardening.
If I would have used the other part of my brain more consistently I would have gone into exonomy/architecture.
What drives me mostly is the curiosity and the wish to explore.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I support the idea of open spaces and living rooms.
I had a wonderful start with Couchsurfing, when I was bicycling in the South-West of England (Cornwall and Devon). Having surfed on 8 couches I must say: I enjoyed it (except of a weird CS-member who deleted his account by now)
At home I've been hosting people since September 2009 and summarized: It was lovely to have travellers spending their time in my flat! Even if I haven't had a lot of time because of university and karate classes I tried to manage everything and I got a wonderful help by my flatmate who's caring for the couchsurfers, too!
Interests
Even though I am a classically trained musician, I spend much time improvising, learning folk music as well as Chinese music.
Reading books, swimming, nature, unicycle, dance.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Playing the viola in the London-city airport hall at midnight!
Being in the jungle for a 6 hours-"walk", when it rained the night before..
Meeting random people all the time.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you playing the violin and viola. But actually much more than that:
How to cut roses, cook, massage, /Accupressure.
Countries I’ve Visited
Austria, Brazil, China, Denmark, France, Hungary, Italy, Malaysia, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom
Countries I’ve Lived In
Denmark, Germany
