Before I went to University I left Germany to explore other countries and to widen my point of view. I went to Nottingham and to Japan. It was just amazing. And during my studies I had the chance to look for the one Ring in New Zealand. But I didn't find it so on one point I have to go back continuing searching for the Ring :-D
Meanwhile I work with refugees or write on my masters essay.
I am a social person who likes to chat, to cook and of course to eat :-)

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

Couchsurfing is more than having a place to stay, it's sharing life for few days. Getting to know the City where every one lives. It stayed in New Zealand with different kind of persons and I never regret it.

Interessen

I play the guitar, soccer or volleyball. I recently started to watch American Football and I already played it. It's fun :-)
In summer I do Kids camps with Huskies. Just imagine 20 kids and 20 Huskies on one place. it's chaotic but it's great working with all of them.

I love drinking wine and recently start drinking different sorts of whisky.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

I listen all sorts of music where I can hear a melody. Metal e.g. is not my thing. I just don't like it and I can't listen to it.
My actual favorite book is: The truth about the Harry Querbert. ...if you don't know than start reading it. It took me just two days to read all 700 pages. I couldn't stop reading. It's one of the most captivating book I've ever read.

My favorite movies are still Lord of the Ring. I probably watched it four times and every christmas since :-) ...I also love TWD, FTWD, Games of Throne and all marvel movies.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

Hitchhiking through whole New Zealand and asking around foreign people if I can set up my tent in their backyard. It worked and every third person agreed.

I recently start learning spanish because I want to do new things. I already learned english, french, greek and hebrew. And maybe I'll start with arabic as well but I don't know yet.
I sometimes preach in church, coach people, groups or companies.
