ABOUT ME

I've been described as quirky and sometimes even weird. Very proud of how open and adventurous I am, but that lifestyle has been put on hold since I picked up a job teaching high schoolers. Netflix, Charles Dickens, and knitting have become my most recent best friends.

PHILOSOPHY

With everything that is thrown at us by friends, family, strangers, and the media, it is truly a feat to be 100% comfortable with and confident in oneself. I am not at 100% yet, but I will.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have never couched surfed in my life, but a friend of mine suggested it for this current trip I am embarking on. It hope it goes well.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

During the summer after my freshman year of college, I traveled about Costa Rica and Nicaragua volunteering at clinics in rural area. The entire experience was amazing and incredibly humbling. I got to meet and aid locals, swim by a waterfall, eat cow's tongue, and go ziplining across a forest.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach a person how to effectively manage a classroom. I would like to learn cooking and survival skills (too many shows about apocalyptic shows out there to be a coincidence =P). I would like to share my sense of adventure.
