Hey John and Liz here (both 25) currently travelling NZ as a spontaneous post honeymoon holiday, we decided before having a family that we would love to see more of the world together, from beautiful Hervey Bay, Australia (gateway to the world famous Fraser Island!!)

We both love people and nature, we’re on this app because we believe experiencing a culture is far more than just visiting the tourist attractions and staying in fancy hotels, but instead getting to know the people and how they live!

Back at home we live close to a beautiful beach, in one of the best locations to leave for Fraser Island (as above) and also have amazing Whale watching experiences right on our door step!

I love meeting new people and learning about their cultures, it’s so much much better than staying in a hostel or hotel, because you get too experience what actual life in that location looks and feels like! As oppose just seeing from a touristic point of view! Often you can be shown places only the local would know about, these places are generally the most amazing!! I also love too offer the same experience at my home back in Australia!!

When I was 18 I traveled solo right across Canada, visiting places like Vancouver, Niagara Falls and Montreal having my first white Christmas!
