Travelled in Vietnam and had a great time riding buffalos and taking mudbaths.

Sailing with a tall ship from Amsterdam to Brest in France. We had a great time at Taras Inn (in Brest) with the shipcrew and the locals dancing traditional brittany dances all night long!

I do loads of improv theatre, great way to break the ice and get i a creative mode!

I have taught children and adults in selfdefense. I also have some knowlege in how to be environmental friendly and nutrion& training.

Aside from that I'm also skilled in the art of being present. Spirituality and similar arts to bring forward our full potential. Dearmoring to become softer and experience more of the world in pleasure and joy. Tantra, Zen, Tao, Shaman, nature, Wicca, Ayurveda, Osho, impro theatre. There is many ways to transcend 😊🌞🙏
