ABOUT ME

Songwriter from a tight-knit music community in Northern Ohio. Restless traveler in the world and the heart.

PHILOSOPHY

Everyone is on a unique journey, and therefore deserve to be listened to and honored. I think all people's actions, right or wrong, are deeply motivated by the search for love. I suspect there's a God who provides that love, especially through the wonderful people all around. I believe we should treat all creatures and the planet with respect.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

CS has been a positive catalyst in my life. I've met a wonderful, eclectic group of surfers in my hometown that I hang out with regularly. Also, I have been traveling across the US on tour for my new album, and I've met some awesome people who've hosted me along the way.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Surfed in Pittsburgh, DC, Richmond, Charlotte, Atlanta, New Orleans, Houston, Austin and Chicago. Went to couchsurfing meetups in NE Ohio.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I traveled to Oaxaca, Mexico with my best friend to his hometown that he hadn't seen since childhood. The trip was locally funded and I made an album for the donors. I saw mountains, more colors of paint on buildings than I had ever imagined and an outpouring of community and generosity that made me feel less foreigner, more friend.

I can teach guitar and beginning concepts of songwriting. I can produce songs and I have some engineering experience as well! So if you'd like to collaborate musically, let's sit down and take it in!
Also adept at Beatles trivia, local marketing, design, and editing writing excerpts.

I would love to learn various perspectives on ethics, spirituality, music, touring, writing essays and poems, and practices of self-betterment/zen/philosophy etc etc ect
