I'm here to meet new people and to see the local culture from a local's perspective. I like to get new perspectives of the world. This is important because it changes the lens we use to see the world. Cleaning it of cultural bias in turn allows for greater understanding and community.

兴趣

"Your life is as good as your mindset" I am always willing to try something new. I like playing all sports, but I'm terrible at volleyball. I like to sit and talk with phones off and see how long until we run out of things to say. I think it is healthy to enjoy being lazy at least one day a week. Just one though because exercise is important. Really though, I just want what we all want, to be happy and healthy.

I like all good music, but I listen to a lot of downtempo electronic music, and reggae. I like to read fantasy and horror. Movies? I like all movies: hollywood, Bollywood wherever they come from.

I have been a yoga teacher for 6 years, I can teach hatha, ashtanga, yin and acro yoga! I am a English teacher by training, and can help you master your language skills. I enjoy learning lots of different things.

I like to play games, board games, card games, dice, video games. Fun things, that sharpen the mind and allow for friendly competition.
