Hey I’m John! I try to base my life around art & culture, nature & exercise, eating & drinking and occasionally raving.

So if you’re looking for someone to stroll around a gallery, hike a questionable looking mountain path or just share a few drinks and some food, look no further.

When I’m not travelling I live in London with my partner where I work as a computer programmer (Although I like to believe I defy the programmer stereotypes a little).

I spent the past year living in Uzbekistan, highlights included:

- A 16 hour drive into the Pamir mountains to hike some of the most outrageously beautiful scenery.

- Chaperoning my partner to do their PHD research in a remote village. This mainly involved me drinking cheap vodka with farmers until they were drunk enough to be interviewed.

- 3 back to back weddings giving a speech at each, knowing only the Uzbek for ‘please’ and ‘thank you’ tough crowd…
