Overview
About Me
Hi! My name is John and I am travelling about Europe after graduation. I spent the last several years studying political philosophy and and political science, writing a dissertation on the relationship between territoriality in cities and liberty and democracy. I lived in co-op / communal housing with ~20 other people, where we shared meals, household responsibilities, and finances.
I value long-term friendships and family. I love meeting new people and learning about their lives and perspectives. I am fairly extroverted and energetic; enjoying to spend my time active or socially. I'm also independent and introspective, and like to have some alone time to explore at my own pace or think about things.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
