ABOUT ME

I am living in Montreal finishing my degree in geography and political science. I am living with my girlfriend who is also in the process of completing her degree. We both have a passion for rock climbing and spend much of our free time doing so. I am also working as a bicycle courier which means I have a love of cycling along with a pretty good grasp of the layout of the city. If ever you are trying to find your way around I am probably the person you would want to ask! I am a pretty laid back person and relativity busy throughout the week between school, work, and hobbies. However, on the weekends I do enjoy going to the pub for a pint and would be more than willing to show you around.

Cultural exchange through travel is the single greatest way to break down the barriers which serve to divide us.

My girlfriend and I are planning a trip beginning in May which will take us on a loop of North America exploring cities, national parks, and famous rock climbing areas along the way. We hope to meet new and awesome people in every new place we explore. Before we start this trip however, we are wanting to open our up home to people wanting to explore our beautiful city in order to provide the same support and experience which we hope to gain in the coming year.

Always willing to introduce people to the amazing rock climbing gym across from my apartment, if you try it once you will be hooked! If you have an interest in music, and any knowledge of the guitar please share and I will do the same. I can pass on any knowledge of cycling in the city as well as the best bicycle co-ops to check out.

A pull-out couch, quiet study room, kitchen (please do your dishes), coffee... please bring your own beer :P and any knowledge/advice I can offer to make your stay in Montreal as enjoyable as possible.
