Been doing MMA, BJJ and Muay thai recently and made me so preoccupied for months. Its good to be back from what i love to do since i was like 12yo. I can teach and show you some techniques if we have time. Thats the most important thing is to spread what you think will benefit others as well. Lets make this happen. Lets get it on!

Visited Yosemeti park and Grand Canyon.
Amazed at majestic Machu Picchu. Balloon ride over Cappadocia. Biked at Parque National at Ushuia Argentina. Walked bakefoot at Taroko National Park Taiwan. Got lost at Florianopolis Brazil.
