I just returned from traveling and studying Spanish for one year in South America. I am in medical school now with an interest in international public health.

PHILOSOPHY

I try to always live in the present moment, to be conscious of my thoughts and actions, and to be guided by compassion and love and tolerance. And to enjoy life and be grateful!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have not yet hosted, but I surfed in Central America a bit.

Interests

I am into hiking, mountaineering, playing the guitar, bobbing my head to reggae, brewing my own beer, science, religion, and reading (mostly non-fiction).

And travelling of course. I think travelling with an open-mind is one of the best methods of personal growth, and one of the best ways to have a good time.
