ABOUT ME

Occasional traveler/painter/hiker/cat lover/coffee enthusiast/flâneur. Also absent-minded, indecisive, out of it, sometimes lazy, but good humoured and willing to laugh at himself. He tries to see things from other people's perspectives, and ends up being kind of selfless. Helping people reassures him for some reason. He's quite sensitive and kind of particular in his tastes. But at the same time he's pretty easy-going. Comforts are important to him. Anyway, right now he's living in Paris while on an exchange at Université Paris 8. He's been trying to escape Paris for 4 months...

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I think the best way to see foreign countries is to meet and exchange with their inhabitants. I believe couchsurfing is a great opportunity to create contacts and friends in other parts of the world. I like the idea of helping or receiving help with hospitality free of charge in the context of backpacking and traveling. This way the boring and superficial environment of hostels can be avoided, and much more meaningful exchanges can take place.
