ABOUT ME
We have all seen exercise and weight-loss fads come and go. While some of them were very useful, others were downright ridiculous in their claims. Sit and lose weight? Think yourself thin? We have heard them all. Still, there is one form of exercise that is a really good way to burn calories and has stood the test of time. In fact, it has been around for almost two hundred years and is still going strong. I am talking about bicycling, one of the best and easiest ways to get out and get some exercise
Interests
Bicycling burns many more calories than just running alone and it much gentler on your joints making it a good low impact cardio workout that can be done almost anywhere. Weâve put together a few tips to get you cycling and on the path to weight loss.
First, you need to decide where you want to ride and I donât mean just what path to ride down or park to ride through. I am talking about whether or not you want to ride inside or outside. The good thing about bicycling is that you can do both. If it is cold and snowy outside you can still get you ride in by using either a stationary bike or a set of rollers for your street bike. These allow you to set up your own bicycle on them and pedal away in the comfort of your own home maybe even while watching some television.
