About Me

CURRENT MISSION

to shake up the world, to turn things upside down, to never be serious, to eat delicious food, to enjoy life.

ABOUT ME

this is difficult. Well I grew up in the US in a suburb of Chicago in Illinois. I escaped the Midwest in order to go to school in Berkeley, CA where I met some really amazing people, had a lot of fun, and learned some stuff too. As to how I am specifically going to apply that knowledge I don't yet know, but I like to think that every day we use our accumulated wisdom to cope with the world, at least that's what I tell my parents. Right now I am living in Paris teaching English to French children and I am eager to have some authentic European experiences! Drop me a line!

PHILOSOPHY

dreams are unconscious wish-fulfillments yearning to be expressed. too bad I always forget mine...

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have hosted a couple of people at my place in Paris, but I haven't yet surfed any couches. But my experiences with my own couchsurfers were enough to teach me what it means to be a good surfer and what it means to be a bad one, so don't worry, I know the ropes!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Meeting awesome people and having them stay with me. Being able to show this great city that I love to others. Connecting with the outside world, being able to have experiences that otherwise would have been impossible.
