One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hot air balloon ride above the eye candy vineyards of the infamous Napa Valley, CA. It was intoxicating to all my senses. Exhilarating. The quiet wind gently swept us up, up and way above the softness of the intermittent clouds, the scents winding their way to our nostrils of fermenting grapes with sweet sugar overlays added to the experience as sunrise tipped her head as to say. "good morning" we began to see the architecture of the land and exquisite wineries & vineyards were so big and beautiful it was hard to believe this moment existed . The co. with me was unforgettable and I would jump at the chance to do this again, anywhere in the world... Loved!

I owned and operated health and wellness studios in the NW and BC, Canada for the last 8 years. After selling my creation and dream, I have had to much time to reflect on this lifestyle shift. I crave, & miss the daily interactions of my previous clients and employees. Their life stories were those of hero's and It was a gift that lI me chosen as a catalyst towards massive change in their life and that was the giant inspiration to my heart.. I am dedicated to continue the quest, discovering innovative concepts from the new friends i will meet in my travels. As a 200 RYT certified yoga instructor, I am always ready w/ a smile to drop all of life's daily duties to reset my mind and body with a yoga session!
