I cook for a living and recently just accepted a position in Mianyang, China(Sichuan) to be their consultant on opening up a new American seafood restaurant at a new hotel. I only been here for little less then 2 months and my contract end of December. I am planning to live it up for NYE in Hong Kong and then go to Vietnam where I will talk with potential employers and if it all end well. I will be in Vietnam for the next 1 to 2 yrs learning about my heritage and culture and of course food. Once I get settle in Vietnam then I don't mind hosting travelers. Right now if anyone want to come here then they are more then welcome because I have plenty of rooms at my place.

FYI-I haven't been on couchsurfing website forever so everything is basically out dated. So if anything just asked, I have plenty of time now that I am working in China to response.
