ABOUT ME

After travelling about this continent I have settled down in Liberec here in the Czech Republic, and am new here so hoping to meet new people that I can go to the hospoda with after a long day. What else... I'm a gay who writes books and teaches english. My favourite colours are blue ad green, and sometimes when I drink my left heel goes numb.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've surfed a few times and hosted a few times as well, but had so many requests for when I lived in Prague it was a little overwhelming. Hence my reply rate is really low, but I lived on Vaclavske Namesti and got about ten requests a day! Now that I've moved to Liberec I hope to meet people travelling through and meet some local surfers too!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've stayed with a few people and hosted and its always been a lot of fun.

Hanging out with friends is my all time favourite past time. When my friends are busy I write, watch nature, read and watch True Blood.

Anything by Michael Ondatje, The Road, Milan Kundera's books, and loads of others. I am currently on a non fiction run and think Guns, Germs and Steel is an amazing book. Films, my favourite director is Terrance Malick, but I also really love stupidly great comedies like Bridesmaids, Superbad and the 40 Year Old Virgin.

The Amalfi Coast is one of the most beautiful places I've ever seen.

I've had an interesting life thus far. I think. And I've written a book.
