ABOUT ME

I am an easygoing, nice guy that obviously loves to travel :)

Since my exchange year in 2006 as a high school student in Chicago I miss the United States. It feels like my second home.

I love the sun, the beach, sunglasses and the smell of sunblocker :D even though I am from the rainy Hamburg, Germany.

It is really important for me to do sports because I enjoy learning new things and experiencing physical challenges. I work parttime as a personal trainer and love to work out with people in the gym.

My parents are from Russia but I grew up in Germany and lived in the USA. Therefore, I already experienced many different cultures. I am very openminded and love to share my experience with others!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I hosted many of my friends from high school who I knew well. I always loved to have them over because it makes me feel being close to my second home the US. In future I will enjoy the company of cs member and make good friends!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Rescueing a 2 year old child that sneaked out a hotel room and ended up in a pool. I came back from a party in our hotel and heard something crying and screaming. So I ran to the pool and saw her in there, jumped in and got her out. I called the hotelmanager and we got her back to her parents. They turned red and were ashamed but thankfull. That showed me how fast you can lose someone you love and I am alwys aware of it.
