About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Find a mission. Some couchsurfing will probably be required in there.

ABOUT ME

This is hard because I really hate talking about myself, but I love to listen to other people's stories. I just graduated college in Virginia for video. Documentary is my passion, using movie magic to share stories. I also love being outdoors. I'd like to think I'm spontaneous, but I really do enjoy a good plan. I like to have fun and I like to be serious, but I don't like to mix the two.

PHILOSOPHY

I try to keep a changing philosophy in order to keep things fresh. I guess my current philosophy is everything has its time, and "wherever you go, there you are." I just graduated college, what do you expect?

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've had a profile for a while, but haven't had the chance to be very active. I'm traveling Europe for the summer with my girlfriend, as we have just graduated college, and hope to use it a lot!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am new to CouchSurfing, but have heard about it from many of my friends and met people who have couchsurfed while WWOOFing.

Music, Movies, and Books

I really don't watch many movies, don't listen to much music and don't read many books. Although I think they're all great! A couple favorite movies are Forest Gump and The Truman Show. A couple favorite books are Into Thin Air and The Phantom Tollbooth. My favorite artist is Michel Gondry.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hearing first hand stories of the people of Appalachia who are directly affected by mountain top removal mining.

Teach, Learn, Share

Learn. How a community can thrive through the exchange of services instead of being a slave to industry.

Teach. I'll work on this one...

Share. Good food.
