I'm an actor. I spend a lot of time not at the apt but there are two roommates who live there regularly. It's cozy and in a great safe neighborhood and if you are looking for a nice place to crash it's perfect. We are close to the dance studios in N. Hollywood so if you are a dancer then this place is perfect for you.
