I'm a country boy deep down, but I have been living in Rome for the past few years and finishing a degree there. I am currently looking around the world, trying to find a way of living that will bee life-giving to me and to others. I am from a large family, so I have been trained to live with others, and I enjoy the company of others.

I'm taking time off after finishing a degree in Rome to travel, meet new people, learn new skills and crafts, and see the world through new eyes.

I love learning a new language and digging through its musical, artistic, and literary tradition, discovering completely new worlds. Also the humor of a new culture fascinates me.

I enjoy learning how others see the world, and learning again and again that my way is only one of many. If others were not Other, there could be no love.

I once caused my four-year-old little sister pee her pants at age four by making her laugh so hard. It was a crowning life achievement.

I enjoy teaching English. I enjoy studying and discussing history, politics, and religion and how they intersect. I also have an background in engineering, so I can talk about that as well.
