ABOUT ME

My incarnation this time...
From South Africa to England.
Life's experiences came forward, pilot. sailing boat crew. University. Working for others was mostly a challenge until I followed my heart's passion in 1987 - opera singing and production.
Many performances Many of them working with schools to give children experience of the joy of communicating through voice and movement. Toured internationally giving concerts and operas in non-conventional stages.
For me the joy of bringing artists together in a co-creative way was the reward. I met my life partner in 1991 and we then lived and worked together. As an actor who could sing rather than a musician, my role was mainly to find the people with the skills, then I let them co-create the 'magic' as an ensemble :) I continue to evolve in this direction...
In many ways this was very fulfilling lifestyle, but I was regularly reminded of the esoteric and studied many subjects to do with it. I also kept on synchronously 'bumping into' people who were reminding me who I am.

The Western USA. We bought a share in a house near Mount Shasta in Northern California. I have spent between 4 and 6 months a year there and since early 2020 this has been on hold. It is always a good idea to send a message to see where I am if you wish to request to stay.

I helped found and worked with Star Global Family ( www.starglobalfamily.com ) and co-create 'Living Light Adventures' to energetically powerful or spiritual places on the planet.

Sharing about the increasing levels of consciousness especially in children of the new energy and we are visited by clients for sessions. Events and talks in UK, Belgium, Ireland, France, Portugal, Norway and Denmark.
Clair-sentient and clairvoyant and if guided and asked assist to awaken healing process in others, helping in their connection to the reading the Akashic records and other 'time' lines. In my truth or belief system, trauma or disease comes from energy imbalance.
Some of us see humans in terms of their colour of their energy, a bit like an aura, emanating around someone's body or physical form. I have seen these energies consciously for most of my life but it wasn't until I discovered the term 'Indigo' and read the books on the subject of Indigo Children by Lee Carroll that I began to understand what this might mean.

I believe we can all discover own self mastery, whatever the modality or interest of the individual.

With my guidance covering the energetic potentials of food and drink, my own needs in this have enabled me to trace the source of food energetically and work with others to do the same.

My mission is to assist others in realising potentials that exist within themselves to reach a state of peace, joy and well-being, a state of grace or love. In this I start with myself! They also assist me!

I am on my own healing process.

PHILOSOPHY

To appreciate that change is part of my mission and remember who I truly am so I can assist myself and others in the raising of the frequency of universal love. Really valuable to listen to others and find balance and exchange in all interactions. Respect everyone and their journey in life and honour them for the role they play in it.

Experience the exchange of cultures by living with others respecting differences and enjoying the common love of humanity we all share.

Couchsurfing Experience:
All my life I have travelled and found friends in many cultures and countries. This is very much in line with the CS experience. I have been an active participant on CS since mid 2015 after my son really showed me its benefits.

Interests

Energetic and sound healing, watching movies, making movies akes this

Singing and playing gongs. 'Voyage Sonore' in French or 'Sound Journeys'

Travelling with groups of young people for spiritual or energetic retreats and experiences. Love dancing and improvised variations of movement like yoga, tai chi, chi gong and dance. Listen to many genres of music from jazz, reggae and dub-step to rock and role, opera and sacred sound!

Raw food (not exclusively) and vegetarianism. Non-smoker.

Also keen cyclist, mostly non-motorised these days but I do sometimes enjoy!

Hiking.

Being with nature and animals.

Music, Movies, and Books

Listen to and watch many genres of music and movies and read some books mostly fiction, sci-fi and fantasy. Examples include Cloud Atlas - the book, film and sound track. I loved the way in which this work transcended time lines and tracked the journey of a soul family on their different paths in each life time.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Being present at the birth of my son.

Swimming with dolphins and whales in Hawaii.

Telepathing with a dolphin for the first time in California.

The present of a trip on a Harley Davidson. I had not ridden a motorbike for a number of years. The liberation enabled the importance of having my own time to heal myself. Then I can be better in the flow of all that is (and serving others!)

I know this is more than one amazing thing !
