I'm a very easy going, happy person. I've grown up on the northern beaches of Sydney Australia where i Surf everyday. I'm also very passionate about arts, music, and culture and have spent recent years travelling, meeting people, experiencing different cultures, having fun.

I spent a short time of my travels practicing mindfulness meditation at a Buddhist monastery in France, and would love to share my experience, and learning with hosts.
