ABOUT ME

Well, hi there!

We´re a couple who loves to explore the world! Roger, 33 years old, and Carolina 29 years old. We live in a little small city in Sweden and we´ve been together for about 3 years now. We early on discover that travelling was a big common interest for us, we´re quite the opposite in many other ways! :)So we guess you could say that our memories from around the world was something that got us closer to one another in the beginning of our relationship, and still is. We try to do some weekend trips every now and then during the year and right now we´re planning an intrerrail trip in Europe this summer! :) Guess who´s exited!?
I think that our interests, listed below, gives you a good idea of who we are and what we´re all about. Easy, honest, caring people who tries to be grateful for everything amazing we have in life!

PHILOSOPHY

The future will be whatever we make of it! Spread the love and be grateful for what you have.
We´ve heard a saying somewhere here in Sweden: "Bättre att äta gröt tillsammans, än fläskfilé ensam" which can be translated to "It´s better to eat porridge together than steak alone" witch is pretty much how we try to live!

We´re hoping to get more involved and meet alot of new lovely people, both when we´re on a trip somewhere in the world, and when we have you as our guest! :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Just recently in april had our first surfers staying with us. Truely a great experience and we´re both exited to continue this adventure!

Interests

Our biggest common interest is traveling! We´ve both traveled some before we met, and now we see it as a great opportunity for us to get away, see and experience something new and do something different together. We spend quite alot of time with our families and loves to get our friends together for a beer after a long workday.

Roger is interested in all kind of exercises and staying healthy both physically and mentally. Listens to alot of self developing books (Napoleon Hill, Dale Carnegie etc) and strives for progress.Also enjoys taking a ride with his motorcycle in the summer.

Carolina loves everything creative! Studied interior design and visual merchandising. Likes modern conceptual art, installations, streetart. Try to learn new things, right now signed up to a course in silversmithing and always has alot of projects at home: building stuff, painting things, sewing, taking photos and so on. A true DIY:er! :)

Music, Movies, and Books

A favorite book for both of us is Gary Chapman´s "The five love languages". A book that everyone should read that tells us how to show our love to people around us, both partner, family and friends. It could save alot of relationships just by giving us a better understanding for one another.
