ABOUT ME

I´m a 22 year old girl from Holland. My mission is to see the world, enjoy parties and meet interesting people! I´m an easygoing, relaxed, impulsive and very happy person, and sometimes a bit crazy.. I love to go travelling and right know I finished my study as a podiatrist, and finaly I´m travelling through South America to see the world, meet people, do something good for the world (voluntering) and to learn about myself (and to escape the bad winter in Holland..).
I´m an active, sportive person. My passions are music, dance and capoeira. I love to party, for me music is life and dance is expression!! And capoeira is just... amazing!! For the rest I also did some (kick)boxing and squash. And for me it´s true what they say about dutch people: I live on my bike! (But I don´t smoke!!)
In my free and non-sportive time I love te hang out with friends, enjoying a drink, listening to music and have fun. And I love food!

Right know I'm just looking for couch because I'm travelling in South America, but after this I want to do another study in Amsterdam ( I love the student life..) and than I'll probably have couch...

Interests

I love sports, music, dance (at the moment: zouk) and capoeira!! I love festivals in summer. Everybody is just so happy! And going out, meeting people and have fun.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: everything. Rock, samba, zouk, 80´s, techno. Depends on the moment.
Movies: also a lot. Lately: Amelie is great! Eternal sunshine of the spotless mind. City of god. Movies from Alejandro González Iñárittu (Amores perros, babel) Movies by Baz Luhrmann (Moulin Rouge, Romeo and Juliet), Quentin Tarantino. Many more!
Books: I read everything. Good books I read lately: life of pi, the curious incident of the dog in the night-time, books by jonathan safran foer (everything is illuminated, extremely loud and incredibly close)Tirza by Arnon Grunberg (dutch). But also many more.
