ABOUT ME

We are easygoing, quiet but friendly. We enjoy meeting new people and having unique travelling adventures (although we aren't overly adventurous) :) Have been married since May 2005. We are both non-smokers and non-drinkers - a rare Australian breed!!

We have a daughter born in 2010, who is clever, funny, animal-loving child who is respectful of others people's belongings.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Attended our first CS Meeting in Athens. Beautifully friendly people.

We actively host and surf couches, we chat online, we share with others.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Falling asleep on my own couch is a very common occurence. :) We have stayed with amazing and interesting people throughout Europe and in HK. We have also hosted too.

Interests

Travel. We enjoy being with family and friends, learning new things and having great experiences.

We are currently backpacking through Europe showing our daughter the sights. We have enjoyed camping in Italy and Switzerland, but also like a few more comforts at times.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Snorkelling the Great Barrier Reef. Canoeing in New Zealand and Fiji. Walking the Great Wall of China, 28km trek through a marble gorge in Taiwan - a wow experience. Cycling through a farm meadow, over the hill and seeing Stone Henge. Backpacking Europe was great. Our wedding day was pretty amazing too....
