About Me
WHY TRAVEL
Life is short. The best gifts of our lives come from forming connections with people around the world and learning about their cultures and lifestyles.
WHERE I COME FROM
I grew up in Hong Kong, a modern east-meet-west city. I was trained as a family doctor, with special interest in psychology.
WHERE I'M GOING
I embarked on a journey around the globe since 2019. Things didn't go as planned when covid hit. Still, I resumed travelling afterwards, now on my second half of the around-the-world tour.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Being a couchsurfer means you have the ability to share, trust and believe in each other. Even if I can afford regular hotel or hostel, CS sublimes the whole experience of travelling.
Interests
Travelling and reading is equally important to me as a means to learn about the world. I like to share my thoughts through writing blog too. Checkout my travelogue on ig @jotravels.ig-- it's in Chinese, but Google translate's done a good job!
