About Me

CURRENT MISSION

I moved to Egypt in August 2015 along with my girlfriend for a period of 2 years. She is teaching french at kindergarten level and I am a supply teacher and tutor.

ABOUT ME

What can I say to not sound cliché? I'm the kind of guy that perceives the glass as half full, I have the kindness of a panda and like an ant, I worship teamwork and social encounters. Above all, I'm a down to earth person who is always ready for a new adventure!

PHILOSOPHY

As my friend would probably describe me, I am down to earth and I live by the moment. I don't bother with the future and don't mind about the past. As a great philosopher once said:
"Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, but today is a gift. That is why it is called the present."
- Oogway

Interests

I am into absolutely anything that is related to sports or physical activity. I have played several sports and I am still trying to find new ones to practice. I recently started playing Ultimate Frisbee and honestly, I LOVE IT!!
As for outside the world of sports, I am interested in a lot of things, from history to technology, from biology to philosohpy, I don't back away from a good discussion!

Music, Movies, and Books

I would say my favourite type of music would be progressive metal/rock, but most of the time I will accomodate the people I am with.
Personally, I love band such as Iron Maiden (saw them 6 times LIVE already... AWESOME!!), Dream Theater (4 times) and Adagio (still haven't seen them live, ugh!), but when with others, anything goes, from classical to pop to country.

My girlfriend has also introduced me to the world of electronic music and I enjoy it to the max. It really can take you through a full range of emotion.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I think moving to Egypt for two years is pretty amazing.
