I love to travel, meet new people and experience new cultures. I travel around the US several times a year and try to get to at least one new county I haven't been to before. I'm originally from Minnesota and lived in 8 states before Washington. Trying out new restaurants and bars, doing anything outdoors, exploring new places, and traveling with my 2 dogs are some of what I like doing in my free time.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on Couchsurfing to meet new friends and learn about different cultures. Hotels don't let you experience a place the same way that meeting people will. I've met some great people through Couchsurfing while traveling and learned a lot about the places I've visited. I've also been able to visit many unique places thanks to everyone on here that I never would have discovered on my own!

Im in Issaquah, about a mile from the bus station and a 20 minute drive to downtown Seattle. There’s lots of hiking trails in the area along with restaurants and bars. You're welcome to use my guest room with an attached bathroom. I'm also happy to show people around the area evenings after work or on the weekends.
