I've been on a journey for the past year or so growing in who I am and learning more about myself and it's a physical spiritual and emotional journey that couch surfing plays a part in.

As I mentioned earlier I am into a self-discovery journey and people and community has always been a large part of my processing and growth and I really want to explore newer places and cultures to see what I've not seen in American culture. I'm here to make new friends and a better understanding of the world outside of the one I already have.

Intereses

I'm am a very active person as most San Diego people are. I mainly spend my time with friends and having fun.

I play volleyball, hiking, camping, classy bars, salsa dance, game nights, movie nights, house hangouts, beach days, road trip, and exploring San Diego on the regular.

I'm very into meeting and getting to know people on a deep level and connecting truly. I love to know what people have gone through in life and how it's shaped them.

I was a teacher in Honduras for a year and the principal took us on a mission trip to a smaller town about 12 hours away to the indigenous people. As we were feeding them and singing songs nightfall came and I laid on a hand-carved bench and stared up at the sky and I don't think I've ever seen that many stars in my life. It made me think of the bigness of the Earth and the smallness of my problems and worries. There is something really profound about that. There's a lot of others that's just the first one that comes to mind.

I speak a little bit of broken Spanish and I'm willing to teach English. And share life stories. Knowing some English would be very helpful but it would also be interesting if you didn't know any English.

I'm not sure what else I could teach somebody honestly maybe about business and marketing as those are the things that I've done professionally that are successful.

If I am hosting you I am willing to share pretty much everything. You might have to replenish any booze or food that you consume but we can talk about it.

I'm very extroverted and friendly. I've always been drawn to people who tell great stories and people who have different views on life.

I'm always interested in people's stories and what has happened in their life to get them to think, do, go, act, and be who they are currently. Add a fun adventure some good food and some good drinks to the mix and that is the recipe for a great time for me.

I'm very responsible and respectful of people's homes and am very willing to contribute in any way to my hosts. I am understanding and considerate of any and all rules and things that I need to abide by to be a guest in your home. Communication is always key.
