ABOUT ME

I'm a young man from Australia travelling to complete my Degree in Hotel Management, which I have no interest in pursuing once I'm finished HAH! To do this i must learn Spanish and am a keen skateboarder and surfer as well as enjoy cooking(which I have studied courses in :)

My real interest is Comedy and I aim to start doing stand-up in South America as soon as I can. I love to laugh and entertain others interested in having fun and being in the moment, I am very interested in others cultures and beliefs after studying at an International School for several years and having worked in China for some time.

I have a typical laid back Australian attitude, am very liberal minded and enjoy stimulating conversations on any topic a person is serious about.

PHILOSOPHY

I want to experience as much as I can in my lifetime expanding on my experiences and making a better place for the people I love to exist in. I want to meet people that better me and likewise me to them, I want to become the best I can from others and make peoples fantasies come true however small or ridiculous they may seem, life is a fun thing and should be practiced continually.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've never tried this before and am really interested in finding out if I can manage to learn Spanish in South America without surrendering to the fees offered by most language courses for accommodation. If the program is rewarding I can definitely see myself sponsoring other couch surfers as the most interesting people in life are those that go out and experience others, so how awesome would it be to have them arrive on your doorstep!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Last night I slept on my own couch and it was a very rewarding experience, I would put it down to the size of the couch and hours of sleep with was as on average about 8.

Interests

Comedy, Learning Spanish, Surfing, Skateboarding, Cooking, Meditation, Travelling, New Experiences, Dancing, Friendship, Reading, Creativity, Drawing, Guitar, Wholesome Experiences like eating heaps of good food all day and having a bottle of nice wine in the evening whilst listening to some non-commercial music and lying out in the back garden whilst friends come over to hang out.

I like music, movies and books of any Genre if it is done with quality and integrity.

Some of my favourite books are American Gods, Hitchhikers Guide to the Universe, Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, Preacher.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went to China without knowing the Language for six months work in Shanghai. It was challenging and rewarding a thousand times more. It made me a lot more accepting of cultures other than mine and personally I consider myself a little bit Chinese for the experience.

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach: Cooking, Cocktails, Drama and Comedy, Australian Culture or lack of and also how to make a lot of funny sounds using just your mouth over 500 and 2.

Learn: Spanish, Spanish, Spanish and maybe guitar.

Share: Good times and plenty of them, food and drink, anything I create I like to share.
