I'm Jon. I'm 25 years old and am currently an English teacher in China, though my hope (or dream?) is to return to the UK and go back to university some time soon. I graduated in 2015 and have been traveling since, mainly in Asia.

I've couchsurfed around India mainly, but also a few places in Europe and southeast Asia, and I've hosted both in the UK and in China. Missing quite a few references because I usually travel with my girlfriend and she's the one with the verified account!

Movies depend on my mood. If it's well-made and does what it tries to do well, then I'll watch it, and probably enjoy it.

I like reading fantasy and sci-fi books, or non-fic like history, politics or philosophy.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

Hitch hiking around Europe with my girlfriend and staying in our tent was an incredible experience - it's so humbling to throw oneself at the mercy of others, relying entirely on trust and generosity to travel, and meeting new, interesting and diverse people at the same time.
