There is no such thing as strangers; just friends you haven’t met yet. My wife and I open our door and our minds to the global movement of people. If you want to stay with us, please let me know why you want to stay (e.g. like to check out a gallery, kick a Soccer ball around, a place to eat, running in the park). Our goal is to host people who are interested in getting to know one another and while I'm often busy it's always cool to share a meal or drink while exchanging travel experiences. My expectation is that it is the same as staying with a new friend - if you're just after a place to sleep or a place to stash your bags, a hostel or AirB&B might be a better option.

I can teach you all about soccer, Spanish, or we can fly my drone. I want to learn even more about drones and I want to learn more Arabic. I can share with you all the hidden gems of Frogtown - my neighborhood in St. Paul MN. In Frogtown many of the people are originally from Southeast Asia. The food is absolutely fantastic!

Was ich mit Gastgebern teilen kann

We live within a 10 minute walk of many international, authentic family restaurants - Ethiopian, Thai, Vietnamese, Cambodian, French Vietnamese, Taiwanese, Chinese, & Mexican. My wife is also a very good cook. While we eat some delicious food, I can share a story or two from my travels to Africa twice, South America twice and Australia/New Zealand. But I also want to learn about you. I like to learn about new people; I’m an active listener (asking more questions about the details.)
