Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My good friend and former-roommate introduced me to couchsurfing a few years back when we were living in a giant house in Philadelphia. It was the perfect set-up for hosting couchsurfers. We had great experiences with nearly everyone that came through our door. It was fun being able to talk with people from all over the world. It's been a great way to tangentially enjoy different cultures!

Movies: The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly. So many good movies though, it's tough to name them all!

Books: Crime and Punishment, Dashiell Hammett novels, One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, a lot of the classics!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One time my bike tire got caught in a trolley track. In one graceful motion I got out of my foot clamps, jumped off the bike, began sprinting, and evaded almost certain injury. It was definitely one of the more athletic moments of my life.
