About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To live my life without regrets. I only get to live once.

ABOUT ME

I have was born and raised in Southern California, so i guess you could say I am a city boy who loves to wear shorts all year round. I currently live in Riverside, California, since I am still in school. I am planning to graduate with a BS: Accounting Degree from La Sierra University. I am an SDA (Seventh Day Adventist), have been involved in the church ever since I was born, love the Lord with all my heart. Yes I am a Jesus Freak, but I am pretty liberal, not as right winged as one would think. I am also a musician, I started out as a double major (music and accounting) I have played trumpet ever since grade school. I am a great person to hang around, very out going social person, and humorous at times. I am looking forward to backpack through Europe this summer with my brother for a little over three weeks. I decided to have one last hurrah before I settle down and start working.

PHILOSOPHY

Carpe Diem...

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I just signed up a few days ago, because a friend recommended I try it out, since my brother and I will be traveling through Western Europe this summer. We are both college students, hence we have a limited supply of cash flow. I want to try this out to see who I can meet, in as many different countries as I can. I have already started recommending CS2 to my friends who are think of traveling as well. Not only is this a great way to meet people, but you save a little cash as well.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I currently have none, but I am looking forward to meeting tons of great people on my trip through Europe during the summer of 2008 with my brother.

Interests

I love sports, especially waterskiing, mountain biking, tennis, golf, and volleyball. I also play trumpet, it has been a hobby of mine for the last 9 years.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love all sorts of movies, as long as it has a decent plot with good actors I'm in. All time favorite movie would have to be Shawshank Redemption. Music I'm the same way, I like jazz, classical, country, rock (especially classic rock), an occasional rap or r&b song, and alternative. I try never to judge a book by its cover, so I read any and all shorts of different kinds of books. Since I am still in school my main source of reading comes from my textbooks, I have not had the luxury to read as many books as I would like, but I have plenty of time in the future.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have been to Costa Rica, I was able to bungee jump from the fourth highest bungee leap in the world, I climbed a volcano, and zip lined through the rain forest.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love to learn, hence the reason for my earning a degree, I am also good with numbers. Thats probably one of the reasons I chose an accounting degree. I can only share what I have learned/experienced, but I am always willing.

Countries I’ve Visited

Canada, Costa Rica, Italy, Mexico, Peru

Countries I’ve Lived In

United States
