I'm just a kind-hearted hippie, man. I like to find the beauty and take pleasure in the small things. I'm always smiling and have a way of spreading the love. At any moment I could begin a conversation about an ancient empire, the evolution of a species, or the unimaginable size of the universe...I like knock-knock jokes as well.

Interests

As long as I see new things every day, I'll be happy. My favorite activities include: getting lost in a strange place, looking up at the sky, giggling, and walking around in circles.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

For the last two years I have been following my favorite bands (The Grateful Dead, Phish) around the United States; living within a community of hippie nomads, and going to concerts almost every night. It was an amazing and enlightening experience. I have traveled to 48/50 states and feel like I really understand what my country is all about.

I went to Norway and saw the fjords. Huge pieces of land shooting straight up out of the water and into the sky. I kept imagining the glaciers that formed them, and how powerful they must have been to cut these huge gashes in the Earth so slowly.

When I was in Australia I went to the Northern Territory and saw Uluru. It is just one solid rock the size of a small mountain sticking out from land which is as flat as could be for 1,000km in every direction. It so out of place that its no wonder why its considered so holy and mystical by the Aboriginals in the region.
