About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Save the world!

ABOUT ME

I am an eager world traveler with an adventurous spirit and a good sense of humor. I love the outdoors and appreciate naturally beautiful places and new cities (although I'm never opposed to good beer and good people : )
I really just want to see everything and not miss out on anything.

PHILOSOPHY

Fulfill yourself.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I was putting up Baba lovers for a while at my place in Asheville and i've only done a little bit of couch surfing myself. I'm taking a solo trip to Montreal and Quebec City and I really want to meet some new people to hang out with so I figured couch surfing will lead the way!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I surfed a little in Arizona and had such a great experience I put up a few people here in Chapel Hill.

Interests

Environmental issues and world politics.

Music, Movies, and Books

Green Collar Economy by Van Jones, Ishmael by Daniel Quinn, The Omnivore's Dilemma by Michael Pollan, Confessions of an Economic Hitman by John Perkins. My Year of Meats, Kitchen Confidential by Anthony Bourdain

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went to Kauai and jumped off a 50 ft waterfall that blew my mind. I now really want to jump off all the waterfalls I can. The power of water is really mind-blowing and moving with the flow of that power is incredible.

Teach, Learn, Share

I have a thorough knowledge of current global environmental policy issues and I try to keep myself enlightened by talking to people about their spiritual beliefs. I feel I have something to offer people in these areas but I always retain an open mind.

Countries I’ve Visited

Israel, Japan, Poland

Countries I’ve Lived In
