Hello :)

My name is Jonas, and I am 26 years young. I am from Cologne and I am doing my master studies to become a teacher for math and physical education. Working as a teacher gives me the opportunity to inspire students and support them in their personal development. Cologne is known for its kind people, and it has become a home for me over the last seven years.
I am a very easy-going, open-minded, friendly person with a lot of positive energy. A optimistic and and spontaneous person.
I do plenty of sport in my spare time and thereby I try to include sports into my everyday life. I am always up for a sports session with friends.
Apart from that, I really enjoy cooking together and being out and about with people, preferably outdoors. I am curious to discover new hikes or surf spots. I also love to spend my days in cafes with coffee and a good book. What ever I just love meeting new poeple from all over the world, great talks and cooking evenings. And Laughing together !

I think it's a great way to meet new people and have a lot of fun during your travels. When travelling I like to wander, meet people, and be immersed in local culture. My ideal holiday is staying with someone who can show me the places they like and can cook or share interesting food.

Spending two weeks on a kayak tour around the little islands between Sweden and Finnland with no electricity or running water, doing nothing but sleeping, eating, and kayaking.
After finishing my bachelor degree I decided to collect experiences abroad before starting my master studyies. I spent half a year in Canada traveling, working and exploring the indescribable beautiful natur and rookies.
