Hi, I'm Jonas.
I'm currently studying Software Engineering in Stuttgart, Germany and I just did an exchange semester at KAIST in Daejeon, South Korea and will now travel till university continues in Germany.

I really love hiking, especially in the mountains, so I just started climbing to be able to climb harder mountains.
I also read a lot, especially fantasy and detective novels.
As a past time with friends i also like to play card-games. Mostly a German one called "Schafkopf"(Sheep-Head) but i also play Skat and am always open to learn new games.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on Couchsurfing to meet new people and not just stay at a hotel and walk around alone.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favorite band is a German band called K.I.Z, but I also like Sabaton, Die Ärzte and a lot of medival rock.
I mostly read fantasy novels and my current favorite is the Kingkiller Chronicles where I'm still waiting for the last book (since forever). I also like detective/crime novels, but I mostly listen to them as audiobooks. My current favorite is the Rönning/Stilton series. It is set in Sweden and is very gripping.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I ascended the Wildspitze in the Austrian Alps.
