Hi, I'm Jonas. I finished highschool last year and will Start University this fall.
I like meeting new people and cultures. In 11th grade I have spent one year in Minnesota (USA) as an exchange student and I have lived in Mozambique for 2 and a half months wirh my girlfriend.
I'm speaking German and English fluently and a little bit of Portugiese that I picked up in my time in Mozambique.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love traveling and travelling is not only easier and cheaper but for me it gives the best expierience since I actually get in touch with people from the place I visit. Í'd consider myself uncomplicated and I'm simply happy to find and meet nice Hosts. :)

Interests

I love singing and playing piano. I have piano lessons since I am 12 and like to write my own Songs every once in a while. Since about a year I started teaching Starters too, which is a lot of fun to me as well.
And of course: traveling. But I think I have already said that ;)

Music, Movies, and Books

I love a big variety of Music. Playing and writing I mostly prefer classical Music. But I also listen to Rock Music (Linkin Park or U2) a Little bit of Pop (Amy Macdonald), Reggae ( Bob Marley), Rap (Eminem) and lots more.
I mostly like funny movies. My favourite actors would probably be Will Smith and Eddie Murphy.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My Exchange year was probably the best decision of my life. Leaving everything behind to start a completly new life in a new Society for one year was an experience that I will never Forget and made me want to get to know different cultures as well.
