Overview
About Me
I'm a philosophy student / musician living in Berlin, Germany. Currently travelling through the US, especially California. I've met lots of awesome people already and I'm looking forward to meet and get to know so many more. I particulary enjoy making music with new people. I sing and play the piano, synthesizer, everything that has keys, basically.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm relatively new to couchsurfing and mostly participated on the host site via my flat mate Sarah. I really liked the people I met through this, stayed friends with most and am visiting some at the moment in California. Unfortunately none of them can host me atm, so I would love to find people that I can both get to know and stay at their place for a little while.
Interests
I study philosophy and anthropology in Berlin an the moment. So those things are of course big interests of mine. Apart from that I spend my time jamming with friends and just generally working on art projects of all kinds.

Music, Movies, and Books
My favourite albums at the moment are probably "Merriweather Post Pavilion" by Animal Collective, "Moderat" by Moderat and "Multi-Love" by Unknown Mortal Orchestra.
The last Movie I really enjoyed was "The Lobster " by Yorgos Lanthimos (I basically love all of his films though). Also adore the works of people like Gaspar Noé, Jim Jarmusch, Nicolas Winding Refn, Wes Anderson, Federico Fellini, Paul Thomas Anderson.
My favorite book is probably "The Dead Father" by Donald Barthelme.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I didn't get a Diver certification yet, but for me the most breathtaking experiences were swimming and freediving with sharks, sea turtles and other incredible sea creatures in Malaysia, Egypt and Australia. I think those are my favorite memories.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach German of course, or basic Russian, like reading the Cyrillic alphabet for example. Also I can teach advanced piano and music producing, as well as guitar for beginners. I've been building things like wood furniture and weird instruments for some time now, I can teach that to other people, or help them repair things.
I'd would love to learn so many things, If you have some exceptional skills, I'll be happy to become your apprentice.
The things I like to 'share' the most is conversations and music. Could do both for hours.
Countries I’ve Visited
Australia, Austria, Canada, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Egypt, Estonia, Finland, France, Hungary, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Switzerland, United States, Venezuela
