关于我

Hi everyone! My name is Jonas and I am a 26-year-old traveler. I may be very new to the couchsurfing scene but I have been a digital nomad and solo backpacker since 2022. I've been around many countries and have immersed myself in many cultures which really opened up my eyes about not just the beauty of travel but also the reality behind it.

I am social, fun, adventurous person and up to meet like-minded people. If i'm not traveling, I'm either just back in Doha with my family or in Manila. I am a creative person working professionally as a creative director and marketing strategist in the advertising and digital marketing world. I am ready to exchange stories and spread kindness and positivity.

Thank you in advance for letting me stay at your place while I'm traveling. May this be the start of our wonderful friendship together.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I want to do Couchsurfing because I believe the best way to truly experience a place is through the people who live there. For me, travel isn’t just about seeing landmarks—it’s about sharing stories over a meal, learning local habits, and creating connections that go beyond borders. I love the idea of exchanging culture, kindness, and friendship in a way that hotels or hostels can never provide. Couchsurfing feels like a chance to open myself up to the world in a more genuine way, to give as much as I receive, and to create meaningful moments with people I might never have met otherwise.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I am always a guy who's very open-minded about anything and I always say "try it before saying no" so I've done lots of crazy, amazing things: swimming with whale sharks, staying at a nudist house, going to a new country without research, accidentally attending a techno club in eastern europe that apparently is
actually a protest.

教,学,和分享

Through my travels, I’ve learned that every journey is an exchange—not just of places, but of perspectives. I can share stories from the road, insights from the different cultures I’ve experienced, and maybe even some practical travel tips I’ve picked up along the way. I’d love to teach a bit about my own culture, from language to food, and in return, I’m always eager to learn how others see the world, their traditions, and the little everyday things that make life unique in each place. What excites me most is the chance to share moments—whether it’s a meal, a conversation, or simply exploring together—and to walk away with friendships and memories that last longer than the trip itself.

我可以与沙发主分享些什么

I love the idea of exchanging more than just a couch—I want to share pieces of my journey and culture, too. With hosts, I can:
• Teach a few words or expressions in my language.
• Swap stories and lessons from my travels—both the funny ones and the ones that taught me something meaningful.
• Help out around the house (cleaning, running simple errands) because I believe in being a considerate guest.
• Share skills and hobbies—whether that’s music, photography, digital tips, or simply a good playlist.
• Most importantly, I bring good vibes, curiosity, and respect for your space and your way of life.

I see Couchsurfing as a chance to create genuine moments, whether that’s over a meal, a late-night conversation, or exploring your city together.
