Why I’m on Couchsurfing

While planning a trip to the Netherlands with a friend of mine, we realized that we didn't know where to sleep. As one can imagine - both of us students - we're not awash in money, so a hotel/hostel was not an option.

Fortunately I could make my friend forget the idea of sleeping at the main station and so we decided to look for someone nice who could offer us a couch/futon/floor for two nights.
