I am a clinician, working with Exercise as a modality to assist in orthopaedic rehabilitation and health promotion.

I enjoy conversation, learning about the world and perspectives on spirituality and the views of different cultures and religions.

I am active, a trail runner, mostly. I enjoy experiencing movements of all kinds.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because i've never tried this and i imagine this is a great way to travel and learn about people outside of my little world in Cape Town South Africa.

I have a lot to share about my culture and perspectives about life and my beloved South Africa.
