My partner, Mel and I are in the midst of emigrating to Australia! We've chosen to use this opportunity to travel the world and work our way there without using a plane!!
We can't wait to make our move down under, but we just want to see the world first.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We want to be shown areas that aren't so touristy, off the beaten path so to speak. And what better way to do that then get to know the locals? We want to meet people and have experiences that money can't buy and really immerse ourself into different cultures. We've both travelled in the past, but there's so much more out there!!
Once we're settled in Australia, then we'll be on the other end of this and hope to host other who are travelling who are looking for what we want as well.

Interests

I love cars!! And planes!! Anything with an engine and anything that makes noise! That being said, I love being isolated at times and really getting to know my surroundings.
My partner Mel loves animals, she also loves cooking! (She's an absolute magician in the kitchen)

Music, Movies, and Books

We both have quite eclectic tastes in these things. I'll listen and watch almost anything! I am however, a huge fan of comic book films although I've never actually read a comic in my life.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Definitely would have to be when I stayed with the Bedouin in Jordan. Something I wish I could re-live.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I am a qualified and REP's registered personal trainer and can definitely help with that! I'm also not too bad with a spanner and screwdriver. My partner Mel is a nurse and has worked in the best hospitals in London, and like I said before, amazing in the kitchen! We love to talk about our travels and want to hear stories from others.
