Born and raised in the North Atlanta, Georgia area, I lived there for over 24 years. I played college baseball until injury prevented me from continuing on. At that point I only had school left to tie me down. It was then that I discovered a new passion for live music and festival culture. I moved around a bit and eventually quit school in good standing when I realized I still had no idea what I wanted to do. It took me two years to get to the point where I just couldn't do it anymore. The monotony of "normal" life and a live-to-work, work-to-live attitude pushed me to quit my job and go west. I started as a WWOOFer and eventually found a farm/community to live and work in Northern California. I came to manage a large portion of daily operations but came to realize it no longer fit into my life's dream. As amazing as the experience has been I've decided to move on the new opportunities, places, and people :) After visiting 4 new countries over the last year I'm ready for more! Open to new possibilities and excited for what comes next!

I think it goes without saying but traveling has won my heart. There are very few things I can think of that feel better than discovering a new place with new people and all the things that come along with the experience.
