Hello! I am a solo Canadian backpacking around. Interested in hiking, history, city architecture, urban design, biology, cycling, photography, beer, trees, moss, and I love cats.

I am easy going, and I like getting to know new people and hearing about their experiences living in different areas of the world. My favourite time of day is quiet mornings with coffee while reading a book, and I love casual discussions that often follow a good meal shared together (and wine). I am passionate about cleaning up after myself and keeping things tidy, especially when I am a guest. I am interested in socializing with hosts when available, but can be independent too.

I currently have my own sleeping bag and sleeping mat which I am happy to use if needed. I could set up my small tent in a room too, but that probably wouldn’t be very convenient for anyone…

I am an excellent sous-chef, and can cook a few mediocre dishes myself too. If there’s time I can bake you some bread.
I like to think im a jack-of-all-trades, master of none. So I know a little, about a lot of things. I’m very handy, have learned carpentry basics, and am willing to try to help with small fix-ups around your home if needed :)
