About Me
Hello! I am a solo Canadian running away from winter to Mexico. It is my first time visiting and I am so excited to explore the country, work on my Spanish, and experience its rich diversity of culture (and stay far away from resorts!).
I am looking to connect with locals and other travellers who can show me their favourite hidden restaurants, or want to explore new areas together. I especially love a good picnic in a park, museums, little alleys, street art, festivals, live music, hiking, urban design, architecture, photography, beer / other specialties, and meeting new people!
As a guest in someones home I always try to be respectful in the space that I occupy, and am passionate about cleaning up after myself and keeping things tidy. I love getting to know new people and hearing about their experiences living in different areas of the world, and am interested in socializing with hosts when available, but can also be very independent. I'm down to "go with the flow" :)
If you want to know the real me come for a hike with me. I love to notice the things that are hidden in plain sight, and I’ll help you notice them too.

What I Can Share with Hosts
I am an excellent sous-chef, and can cook a few mediocre dishes myself too. If there’s time I can bake you some bread. If there's a guitar around I WILL ask to pick it up, maybe we could learn a song together!
I like to think im a jack-of-all-trades, master of none. So I know a little, about a lot of things. I’m very handy, have learned carpentry basics, and am willing to try to help with small fix-ups around your home if needed :)
