I'm a quiet guy. I like video games and reading. I'm hoping to be an English teacher in Korea next year. I've really taken an interest in languages. It hit me a bit late though, and thanks to xenophobic American education, I was only taught English in high school and I study some French at uni. My level is decent? I dunno what to say about myself...

My first time exploring the world was 2013 when I went on a month trip to Germany. I always wanted to travel, but could never afford it. Waiting to have money took too long, so I decided to go in debt to fulfill my dream! Now I want to see the rest of the world.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I wanted to see the Fête des Lumières in Lyon. I had a room I was going to pay for, but he backed out on the day prior :( In my desperation, I turned to couchsurfing. Well, it was too short notice for that to really work either... But after seeing how it actually works I'm willing to try it again!
